Welcome to the Infiniti-e Helpdesk


The Infiniti-e Helpdesk has been setup and designed for our support based customers and is to be used as a front end for interaction between users experiencing problems and our support team. The web and telephone based helpdesk is available from 09:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank and Public holidays and is open for any of our support based customers.


In the Knowledgebase you can find articles relating to some of the more common issues you may come across in your day to day operations in an IT environment and these articles can be used to self diagnose or troubleshoot issues before contacting our support team. You can also head over to our Troubleshooting section which is designed for designated on site contacts to perform basic checks before submitting a support ticket.


Alternatively you can use this helpdesk to create and track support requests in the form of tickets that are managed by our support team. To do this please visit the Tickets section of the helpdesk and click to submit a ticket. Please remember to provide a valid e-mail address as the e-mail address you enter will be used to create an account for the helpdesk which will allow you to login and monitor any requests you have made.


If you have an urgent request that cannot wait to be processed by our helpdesk e.g. complete network outage, then please call our support team on 0800 0216 016.
